UPDATED TIME: MEET AT DHARMA BUM TEMPLE AT 11AM!
It is with great joy we share that the Dharma Bum Temple will be marching in the 2026 San Diego Pride Parade on Saturday July 18th at 11am! Over the last eight years we have had the honor of speaking at Light up the Cathedral at St. Paul’s Cathedral to kick-off Pride Week as well as leading the Parade Blessing five times with other religious leaders.
In 2024 the Dharma Bum Temple received The Light of Pride Award presented by San Diego Pride and St. Paul's Cathedral. The award is given annually to an organization for their persistent and sustained support of the San Diego LGBTQ+ Community and is making significant contributions through their time, actions, talents and dedication.

PRIDE PARADE
Date & Time: Saturday July 18th at 11am
Location: We will meet at the Dharma Bum Temple at 11am and walk to the Parade together. If you do not come to the Temple first, please meet us at our staging area in front of the LGBT Center on Centre St. no later than 11:30am. Our line up number is 152.
Parking: There is paid parking at Birney Elementary School (Pride Parking Fundraiser) a block down the street from the Dharma Bum Temple.
Supplies: Please bring sunscreen, hats, shoes for walking

PRIDE FESTIVAL CLEAN-UP
Date & Time: Monday July 20th at 7am. Help is needed all day, but please try to be there at 7am. If you are unable to come at 7am, we also have shifts from 12pm-5pm.
Location: Pride Village Entrance at 6th & Juniper at Balboa Park
Supplies: Snacks, Food and Drinks will be provided - Please bring sunscreen, hats, shoes for doing work
