April 15th, 2017 we moved the Dharma Bum Temple and Buddha for You into our new home here in University Heights. After 10 years of the Temple being in downtown San Diego and 8 years of Buddha for You being near San Diego State University, it was time for a move!

This community came together in an incredible way and pulled off and absolute miracle in securing our new home. Developers were going to tear down this 90 old building and turn the land into condos. 1,123 people made donations in 108 days to raise enough funds for a down payment and save this old building.

We will gather on Sunday April 15th, 2018 at 1pm for a meditation, discussion and special Bodhi Tree Planting Ceremony. All are welcome to attend and please share this day with your friends and family. Thank you to everyone who made this special place happen!
