New Year’s Resolutions & Buddhism: Led by Bob McClure Starts Wednesday 1/8 at 7pm

Welcome to a unique mindfulness experience that bridges ancient wisdom and modern science. This class is designed to help you align your New Year’s resolutions with the timeless teachings of the Buddha and a mindfulness framework for achieving sustainable happiness.

Drawing inspiration from the Buddha’s teaching that shows the path to the relief of suffering, we will explore the facets of happiness: Stress Relief, Fulfillment, Self-knowledge, and Service to make the world a better place.

This is a great class for anyone interested in mindfulness, personal growth, or starting the New Year with clarity and intention. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, this class will provide valuable tools to support your journey.

Join us to step into the New Year with mindful intention, cultivating happiness for you and those around you. You may drop in any week and you are welcome to attend all four weeks.
